• Billing questions: ryan@flightoutlier.com with the subject “Billing question.” Flight Outlier does not currently charge for authorized private testing.

2. What to include

Tell us the page or feature involved, what you were trying to do, what happened, and the outcome you need. For technical help, the app version, browser, device type, and a sanitized screenshot can help. For an account request, include the email associated with the account so we can identify the correct record and use an appropriate verification method.

3. Protect your information

Do not email a password, one-time sign-in code, complete payment-card number, passport or government identification, loyalty-program login, private API key, or other secret. Flight Outlier will not ask you to send a password or sign-in code by email. If verification is needed, we will explain a more appropriate method.

4. Urgent travel, safety, and account matters

This mailbox is not monitored continuously and is not an emergency channel. For an active travel disruption, contact the airline, loyalty program, booking provider, airport, insurer, or relevant government authority. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. If you believe a Flight Outlier account is compromised, use the subject “Urgent account security” and include no secret credentials.
