1. What we can help with

2. Send a useful request

Email ryan@flightoutlier.com with the subject “Flight Outlier support.” If possible, include:

Never send a password, one-time sign-in code, full payment-card number, passport or government ID, loyalty-program login, or API key. Flight Outlier will never ask you to disclose a password or sign-in code by email.

3. Account and privacy requests

Signed-in members can open Account and choose Privacy & Data to export account data, review their policy receipt, revoke other sessions, manage communication preferences, or submit a verified account-deletion request. The public Delete account page explains that process and the email fallback. To request deletion of conversation history or make another privacy request, email ryan@flightoutlier.com with the subject “Privacy request.”

4. Travel-provider purchases and urgent travel

Flight Outlier does not issue tickets, control an airline or loyalty account, alter a booking, process a travel-provider refund, or operate third-party checkout. Contact the merchant or travel provider identified on the booking confirmation or payment statement for those matters. For an active disruption, safety issue, visa or entry question, or emergency, use the relevant airline, airport, insurer, government authority, or emergency service rather than this mailbox.

5. Security issues

If you believe you found a vulnerability rather than a normal product problem, use the security reporting route. If you believe your own account is compromised, email with the subject “Urgent account security” and do not include secret credentials.
